Cost of Exhibit for 3 days:

$250.00 for corporate/business

$150.00 for state agencies and non-profit organizations

$100.00 for individual artists

Each exhibitor will receive:
• 1 rectangular folding table (6’ x 3’)
• 2 chairs
• Free listing on the program book (If payment is submitted before September 15, 2007)

Please note:
• Exhibitors are required to sign a ‘hold harmless’ contract with the International Sign Language Theatre Festival.
• Exhibit space is not guaranteed until payment has been received.
• No refunds will be granted if you cancel or fail to show up to the event.
• No more than two people are allowed in the exhibition booth. You are encouraged to reserve additional exhibit spaces if you need more than two people to operate your booths.
• Set up time starts at 2:00PM on Thursday, October 25 and should be ready for display no later than 3:30PM. • Tear down should start at 6:00PM on Saturday, October 27, and should be cleared no later than 7:30PM.
• Please indicate your internet/phone capabilities, electric outlet, and/or other technical needs in advance. We will do our best to meet your needs.
• ISLTF reserves the right to change the exhibition dates and times. You will be notified and changes are necessary.
